Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Customized or special-order items.
Return Process

  2. Provide Details: Share your order details and reason for return.
  3. Ship the Product: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate your refund or exchange within 5-7 days.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
  • Items eligible for exchange must meet the return criteria mentioned above.
  • If the desired replacement is unavailable, you can opt for a refund.
Replacement 

Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Report the issue within 48-72 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damage and a description of the issue.
  3. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Warranty Claims
